Day 1: Arrival and Welcome Day
Welcome to our trullo. Once you’ve settled in, we’ll head out together to explore the charming town of Ceglie Messapica. Take a relaxed stroll, enjoy an aperitivo, and have dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants.
Day 2: Roots & Rituals
Our first gentle yoga lesson
Lunch at the trullo
Afternoon guided walk through the surrounding lanes to learn about local traditions and spring flora.
A nourishing dinner served back at the trullo.
Day 3: Salt & Stone
After breakfast we head to the coast for a Yoga/Pilates lesson by the Adriatic coast.
A relaxed beach picnic surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.
An early evening exploration of Ostuni, finishing with an aperitivo and dinner as the sun sets.
Day 4: Countryside & Seaside
After breakfast we head to the coast for a Yoga/Pilates lesson by the Adriatic Coast. Followed by a picnic by the seaside.
The afternoon is yours to do as you like, relax at the trullo or explore more of the area.

A final early morning practice to seal in your rejuvenation.
One last long breakfast and a coffee together before we say our goodbyes.

You’ll stay in a our trullo surrounded by olive trees, offering a peaceful and authentic base for the week.
What is the room layout?
The trullo has four bedrooms: two spacious twin rooms, one smaller double room, and one single room. There are three bathrooms shared between the rooms.
Will I share a room?
During the cooking experience, some guests may stay in a twin bedroom shared with one other participant. Each guest has their own bed.

Do I need yoga experience?
No. The experience is suitable for beginners.
How many people are in a group?
We host small groups of up to 6 participants to ensure a personal and hands-on experience.

Where will I stay?
Guests stay at Trullo Fiorone, a traditional trullo in the countryside near Ostuni.
What is the room layout?
The trullo accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedrooms: two spacious twin rooms, one smaller double room, and one single room. There are three bathrooms shared between the rooms. As a historic home, the layout is cozy and sometimes interconnected, while each guest has a private sleeping space.
Will I share a room?
During the Spring retreat, some guests may stay in a twin bedroom shared with one other participant. Each guest has their own bed.
Can I have my own room?
There is a limited availability for a single room, due to the set up of the trullo.
Is a car required?
We recommend renting a car to explore the area. If needed, transportation can be arranged at an additional cost.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. Please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate allergies or preferences.
What will we cook?
You will prepare traditional Puglian dishes such as fresh pasta, focaccia, mozzarella, antipasti, and wood-fired pizza.
Is there free time?
Yes. The schedule includes free time to relax, explore nearby towns, or enjoy the countryside.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full details are provided during the booking process.

The nearest airports are Brindisi (approx. 35 minutes) and Bari (approx. 1.5 hours).
