How many people are in a group?
We host small groups of up to 6 participants to ensure a personal and hands-on experience.
What is included?
The program includes accommodation, cooking sessions, excursions, market visits, wine tastings, and most meals.
Where will I stay?
Guests stay at Trullo Fiorone, a traditional trullo in the countryside near Ostuni.
What is the room layout?
The trullo accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedrooms: two spacious twin rooms, one smaller double room, and one single room. There are three bathrooms shared between the rooms. As a historic home, the layout is cozy and sometimes interconnected, while each guest has a private sleeping space.
Will I share a room?
During the cooking experience, some guests may stay in a twin bedroom shared with one other participant. Each guest has their own bed.
Can I have my own room?
There is a limited availability for a single room, due to the set up of the trullo.
Is a car required?
We recommend renting a car to explore the area. If needed, transportation can be arranged at an additional cost.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. Please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate allergies or preferences.
What will we cook?
You will prepare traditional Puglian dishes such as fresh pasta, focaccia, mozzarella, antipasti, and wood-fired pizza.
Is there free time?
Yes. The schedule includes free time to relax, explore nearby towns, or enjoy the countryside.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full details are provided during the booking process.
